Utilizing PCI NVMe compliant interfaces, SMART's PCIe M.2 and U.2 modules are easily integrated into a host system without any special BIOS modifications or additional device drivers. They are offered with Triple Level Cell (TLC) 3D NAND and incorporate onboard error detection and correction and static wear leveling algorithms to provide reliable operation. They come in both industrial and commercial grades.
SMART's M1300v and 1400v utilize the PCI Express 3.1 compliant interface and are PCIe Gen 3x2 and NVMe v1.3 compliant. These products address the need for enhanced reliability by incorporating on-board error detection and correction and static wear leveling algorithms to provide reliable operation over the product life cycle.
The S1800v M.2 and U.2 PCIe products are robust drives with PCIe Gen 3x4 interface. These drives specifically target the needs of OEM markets, such as server, storage cache/accelerators, networking, and data communications applications requiring reliable internal storage with a small footprint. The embedded products are also a natural fit for enterprise applications, including computing, medical, automotive, and industrial applications.
